Ooh exciting. Now I'm gonna have to remember which kid likes which kind of kūmara, and for sure I'll get it wrong because even if I get it right they will change their mind.
Get the orange ones, sweeter and retain their moisture better when roasted.
They also go squishier when roasted! I guess it depends what you like.
TBH I don't like kūmara at all!
Ha, and that's if they don't charge you twice for them. We've had some shockers from cuntdown
