They do not, from what I can see, permit any sort of underage (18 in most jurisdictions) content - a quick look at the site says they do not permit idols/gravure (basically japanese young teen models/pin ups which really weirdly is a thing in japan), but, they do allow "loli" or "lolita" which is overage models (or animation) portraying underage characters.
But, looking at their actual site there is none of that content, in fact there is virtually no content there at all. seems that word has been enough to not have people register there
