I 100% thought it was real.

I fell for it until seeing the related content was other Onion articles.

My first reaction was, "Holy cow, how many times did they count "god" in there without catching VeggieTales?"

Those poor veggies must be traumatized after watching me eat the onion.

I saw that this was from the onion before reading the headline and I refuse to believe that this isn't real despite that.
