'Grotesque' new digital screen erected on pavement
I find the ones on the M32 and St Philips way too bright at night. This one will be just as terrible when you come round that corner. It's as if the advertisers look at sci-fi films and see them as aspirational rather than the dystopia they are.

I guess all the "make Bristol shit again" people got their wish
It’s too low down, so it’s not going to last long. Idiots.
I don't love it but it's on a busy road next to the back of a massive shopping centre, I'm not convinced it's making much difference to the local area.
I think that's a shared use pavement though and it will be annoying for cyclists and other users.
I wonder who makes money from it. Does the council get to charge rent for using the pavement??
