I hate to make a "what does this say" post, but . . .

I don't read Chinese! My partner found this amazing door knocker today, and I would love to know what the characters mean.

Any help would be appreciated!

I read 吉祥 which reads as jíxiáng and simply means “happiness”. But it is hard to tell for sure, because of the rust/oxidation/dirt.

Edit for pronounciation help: reads like Jeep, but leave out the p. xiáng reads like young, but add a sh sound infront: shyoung. The accents indicate, that those are prounounced with a rising tone, the way you raise your voice at the end of a question.
