Mid-morning Long Black
My espresso based mid-morning beverage of choice is a long black. Which I make with 80g of water topped off with a 36g shot of espresso. I think most people tend to use a bit more water, but I find this ratio a nice balance. My mind and body can only cope with two coffees a day, so I like to second and last one to be something I can savour!

I’ve been using around 110g to 120g hot water to a 36g espresso shot. I think I’ll give your recipe a try!
