Continuous timeline loading has gotten worse
With more activity it has gotten even worse, I can't read any timeline for more than 2 seconds before the site becomes unresponsive and loads old posts in the top.
It really sucks butand it makes me want to use Lemmy less.
When fix? :(
It's just a busy time. It will pass. Be happy I say, that the world is looking this way.
Also live inserts close open images and break sorting. Is there PR open on this issue? I couldn't find one.
Lemmy will soon change how the frontend gets data so all of this will be reworked anyways as far as I understand
You have to keep in mind that's just how things are going to be until things get ironed out.
