To be fair, "nothing much" is still a valid answer for what's fresh at a McDonald's.
The freshest thing in McDonald's is the sprite, everything else is about as fresh as the body of King Tut.
So you fuckin laugh it off like normal human beans, bond over the fuckup, then tell him what's fresh out of the fryer.

The coworker was asking "what food is freshly cooked, as I would like to eat some on my break".
The poster misinterpreted it as "Hi, how are you doing, what's new in your life?" and replied accordingly.

Thanks. That's was a suspicion I had, but I think the phrasing of that question is weirder than Anon's response. I guess the fact that Anon still stresses about it and is desperate for attention is the funny part here. I conclude, a 6/10 green text.
