The shanking of Ben Wagner is complete. The way Rogers treated an excellent and dedicated 17 year broadcaster with the team was inexplicable. Until now.

They announced his retiring from the PBP roll last year, much to his own surprise.

Rogers has been treating some of their long standing their on-air talent with some degree of contempt for some reason.

Pat got shanked a year or two ago so Rogers could run Dan Shulman and Joe Siddal more.

Pat landed back in Cleveland though and has been doing great as far as i know.

Glad to hear he landed on his feet. Sad that's how it ended here for him.

The real said thing is that it seemed like it was both a unilateral thing, and a real surprise to him. I don't Rogers handled it very well at all.

Tabler? He was out last year and went to Cleveland I think. We had Been Wagner as the radio play by play and was out at season's end.
