fortunately this only affects mercury based lamps which no one in their right mind wants to deal with when they blow anyway. laser, led and xenon/halide projectors are unaffected and have been on the market for ten years.
Sure but a headline like 'sensible regulation affects almost no one' wouldn't get the clicks
