Originally I thought this was from the episode where Lisa discovers a fossilized angel, because of of her pink fancy outfit. But I distinctly remembered her not wearing a hat in that one. Took me a while to figure this out but I knew those were her church clothes.
My hope was the smoke on the left would give a hint that the earth was already on fire.
You know what’s really terrifying. This is exactly what dad said would happen. I know kids, I’m scared too.
(Homer’s comment that it’ll burn up in the atmosphere and whatever’s left will be no bigger than a chihuahua’s head. Which is shown to be correct after the small remaining rock strikes and collapses Flander’s shelter and comes to rest right next to a chihuahua for scale.)
