When the server breaks, who do we contact?
It seems that the server was broken for more then 24 hours and I wasn't sure who to contact. So, who do we ask to reboot or fix the instance if its down?

You could SSH into the Unix Shell, following the instructions at sdf.org or go to the #helpdesk channel of the IRC server at irc.sdf.org

That's who I spoke to when federation was busted and they fixed it.
