I bought some steel dental picks because I'm so sick of having stuff get jammed between my teeth. Nuts aren't much better, they will always break into perfect little pyramid like bits that fit right between your molars and are impossible to remove with your tongue or even fingernail.
Luckily nuts are mostly made of protein so they'll digest in your mouth. Meat though, your mouth can't digest fat so you can literally have rotting meat in your mouth. It's nasty.
Floss your teeth, people.
I prefer to floss between them.

I also love my water pick but it is considerably more of a chore to do.

For me berry seeds are the worst. I love berries but I find myself hardly chewing them because I hate the seeds being stuck everywhere.
Waterpick works great for me
