Of course he MUST based on things like decency, precedent, and fairness.
But does he HAVE to? Current year feels it's unlikely.
Coke Can Clarence should have never been put into that office in the first place.
Lol who enforces the code? Because the other justices are 5-3. Call me crazy but I have a feeling they won't want to set a precedent.
Can Roberts force him? Would Roberts even try?
