Clearly they knew searching for Memmy is going to be hot shit, so they added Mummy for the collateral views.
Just started using Lemmy/Memmy. How do I get my search to return any results. Is it scoped only to my server?
It’s broken. Some people are saying it’s a lemmy issue and not specific to this app, but I don’t have this problem when using wefwef.

Totally agree. Check out wefwef.app if you haven’t already. You can add a shortcut to your homescreen so it opens and looks like a native app (which closely resembles Apollo). If you need help with that, let me know.
I’m liking Memmy a lot so far.
Just snagged it and jumped on. Works pretty well. Still would prefer kbin, but it’s damn close. Hopefully the kbin one goes public soon.
I like that it has the NSFW toggle, but I thought Apple had an issue with that being in the app. IIRC that was the reason Apollo didn’t have an NSFW toggle in its settings.

You’ve probably set your feed to show active posts rather than new or something else. This has been getting some comments as far as I can see, so that might have pushed it higher in your feed.
I encourage you to crop your photos before posting on the fediverse. I have seen that add for PUBG far to many times now.
