There is actually a heteretical dog saint btw. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saint_Guinefort naturally a greyhound, the greatest of all hounds. Technically he's a martyr so straight to heaven.
This monastery must not require a vow of silence if they're letting mini schnauzers in.
