Right now I've got the feeling my training is in a stalemate. Going two to three times a week but don't see much progress with my technics. Dunno what's going on.
Focus on working your techniques slowly and with control. I'm not adecuate to teach, as I'm a green belt in ITF Taekwon-Do, but as someone that is learning, i believe slow repetitions and control are paramount.
Maybe you can workout those with the proper breathing technique and then, when they feel natural, start doing it with speed and power.
Im actually struggling with the Spin Hook Kick myself (we call it Bandae Dollyo Goro Chagi).
