The director sure, that's bullshit.

But the insanely pretty blonde girl who already looks like a barbie doll wasnt exactly demonstrating range. It was perfect casting and a great performance but Gosling turned the volume up to 11 and was so gloriously over the fucking top that most of the things I remember from the movie are things Ken did or said.

Michael Cera got snubbed for best supporting actor too. Never Forget Alan!
