Going to be disconnected from the internet for a week. I have access to every Gameboy-era Pokémon game. What should I play?
I was going to replay Red/Blue but I always do that. I never played the GBA ones. Is Ruby/Sapphire worth it? Or should I go FireRed or HeartGold?
Emerald was my most played.
I like using Grumpig in my Pokémon playthroughs.
I realized after posting this HG/SS is DS so no dice. I read the graph on Wikipedia wrong. I guess I’ll give FR/LG a shot.
Regular Gold and Silver are Gameboy games though. The Heart and Soul games are remakes.
I have no experience with Crystal. But people say Crystal is the best version of Gen 2
Yeah, I’ve played through Gold a bunch of times. It never really grabs me like the original one does. I play through Red about once a year.
I recommend gen 2. The beginning of those games always gets me hooked really quick.
Ruby and sapphire are definitely worth it.
