Isn't this basically a strictly better [[Evolving Wilds]] and [[Terramorphic Expanse]] or am I missing something?
Seems like a better Evolving Wilds for sure. I guess since it doesn't really see play anywhere except occasionally Pauper they're experimenting with adding new abilities to it.
Budget EDH maybe. Adding more fixing for 3+ colour decks is always good

I for one am pretty into them making various versions of Evolving Wilds going forward. I always like seeing the new version of Threaten each set and this might become similar.
