It's somewhat annoying in that you need to sign up for a free account to get access to some of the recipes but the macro/calorie sliders are very handy.
As far as I can see, I can only see macros by searching by name of the product. But I can't search for products but macro composition (unless it's a paid feature?)

I've used Eat This Much before, and while that does list macros, I don't think you can sort by them.
