Almost all the post's get downvotes, not just this one. We had a big conversation about that.
I get not everyone has the same type, but seriously, like this person is putting themselves out there, if you don't like it, just move on. No reason to make them feel bad. People have enough insecurities already

SFW gets downvoted mainly, but NSWF too. For example, if they don't like smoke fetish, cool, that's fine, but they will downvote it because they don't like it; they just can't pass it! I made a community about women wearing wrist watches; SWF got downvoted right away, so I had to only post NSFW, not to mention that they went into another related community and downvoted every post. Like I did something bad or I broke the rules.
Go figure out.
