So, visiting or Norwegian?
Hah kinda both, I've got dual citizenship, but I live in southern California. Recently spent a couple weeks visiting family in Norway.
I’ve lived in Bergen for about four years now and love it. Relocated from Independence, MO.

It’s difficult for an old man to learn a new language. Learning Norwegian probably won’t kill me but I am guessing that I will die still learning it.
That's quite a change of scenery. I grew up down in the south in Vennesla, så Norsk var mitt første språk. It's hard keeping it up, as I don't really have anyone local to talk to other than my mother, but I do my best not to forget.
Good luck with learning it, I certainly believe an old dog can learn new tricks!
