Facebook marketplace is probably a good idea if that's active in your area. It's not old or new enough to have much eyes on it so you'll probably have a fairly easy time finding one.

I feel like your best bet would be to visit sone nearby flea markets in your area. At least from my experience, almost every flea market I visit has at least one shop/seller that specializes in retro games, typically for very reasonable prices.
