If you're experiencing issues-- I highly recommend updating your iOS.
I had problems with saving images among other things on iOS 15 and updating fixed my issues.
I know some people can’t due to a desire to jailbreak and whatnot, but I felt like making this more known.

It seems many issues with the wefwef app can be solved by just restarting the phone.
Upgrading/updating the OS isn’t necessarily the fix (though I always recommend upgrading anyway).
I’m on iOS 17 Beta 2, I don’t think it’s an OS thing because I’m also having problems.
I (mainly) had battery issues, I got this iPhone 7+ jailbroken and installed rootless powercuff. If you got an iPhone 6s - X then you can jailbreak in (almost) every newer iOS version with palera1n (ios.cfw.guide is a good place to start).
