When searching for a community from another instance, `@` becomes `%40`

I'm on Android 13 (One UI Core 5.1), Kiwi Browser v112, and Wefwef 0.12.0. The app is installed on my home screen.

Another bug: the post title says

`@` becomes `%40`

But the @ and %40 doesn't get rendered by Wefwef.

Looks like this will be fixed next release!
