I am trying to imagine how you would set this up. I get the knots and lashings involved, but how would you get her up in the air and then balanced on the wood like that?
There is a much longer video for this, which mostly shows various ties and suspensions. It is intricate. But they don't show the process for setting this up, which is an intro.
