I am enjoying it, I think it’s pretty polished and the eye tracking is great. Gunplay feels a floaty though, especially compared to The Light Brigade, which has a similar idea and gameplay loop but a different execution.
I spent a lot of time with Synapse this weekend and I freaking LOVE it. Once you get in the flow with some powerful weapons and mind hacks you feel like a god. I'm throwing dudes all over the place like Darth Vader. Force powers in my left hand, grenade launcher in my right.
My only complaint is the enemy voice lines are super annoying and super repetitive. I wish they had 10x more lines and they happened 10x less often.
