Not a cable but a Pipe: we once got a really bad pipe mission in the desert and extensive terraforming was needed to connect them to the rig. The worst part is that shortly before I tried to connect the pipe I noticed that it was already connected. The last unconnected pump was about 60ft away. Not only that but at the end of the mission the escape pod landed on a long stalagmite thingy and the ramp was in the middle of the air. As the only Engineer in a group of scouts I was quite fucked I must say.

But where's the fun in that?? I want it to drop in on the other side of a chasm so we can get some real dwarven engineering going on
