I took the newly opened sleeper train route from Brussels to Berlin a few weeks ago. It went via Amsterdam and is being expanded to Prague next year.

Travelling by sleeper overnight is great because you arrive right in the city centre, it's basically a moving bedroom plus there's a sense of old world adventure to it.
