When Maggie Miller retired, she thought she'd open a daycare. She chose a restaurant instead. Her husband is a prolific cook. Even before they opened Auntie Maggie’s Caribbean Meals together, Delroy Miller’s cooking was making a name for itself at church functions in Regina.

I know this couple -- they are fantastic people and I've been very thankful over the years to get to try her cooking at various church related events.
