Hey there, are you on iOS? I've noticed there's a bug where sometimes the video starts playing and the audio is audible but the video is totally blank. If this happens to you again please check and let me know. I've noticed that the controls are also visible when this happens so if you seek to the start the video becomes visible. Some weird shit, man.
