As a second generation punjabi, yes there's a lot of immigrants. The thing is, the Canadian government wouldn't let people in if they did not need them. After all they voluntarily grant work visas and citizenships because there is a shortage of skilled hard working labour. People in general are also having less children compared to immigrant families.

Overall I have never felt any kind of racism or anything, people are preety chill for the most part.
