Some things I would like to point out why he would lose such a case if it went to court

  1. Claiming that bornvita causes diabetes without any evidence. While I agree the sugar amount is too much, this does not mean it will cause diabetes.

  2. The caramel color causing cancer is only applicable for massive amounts of eating pure color that no one consumes.

Agree 100% why do 'influencers' need to do so much drama he should have just stuck with the 50% sugar thing which is backed by evidence
